By accessing or using Prepora, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Prepora provides digital IELTS preparation tools, including test creation, test-taking interfaces, scoring workflows, analytics, and AI-assisted features.

Features may differ by plan and may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration details and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Do not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must provide lawful and accurate contact/authentication information.

4. Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Paid plan access, pricing, and included features are shown in-product and/or in official Prepora channels (including Telegram bot flows).

Upgrade and gift workflows may require manual payment verification and admin approval.

Paid access is time-limited and may expire unless renewed. Prepora may downgrade expired plans to free access.

5. Referral and Monetization Terms

Referral and monetization features are optional and subject to eligibility requirements set by Prepora.

• Eligibility requirements may include plan type, invite count thresholds, and minimum payout thresholds.
• Commission rates, statuses, and payout rules may change at any time.
• Prepora may delay, reject, or reverse rewards where abuse, fraud, policy violations, or payment disputes are detected.

6. User Content and License

You keep ownership of content you submit (for example tests, essays, answers, audio, images, and profile content).

You grant Prepora a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

• You must have the rights and permissions for all content you upload.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

7. AI Features and Educational Disclaimer

Prepora may use AI services for generation, transcription, and scoring support. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate.

Prepora practice scores, AI checks, and analytics are for educational guidance only and are not official IELTS certification results.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform.

• No illegal, abusive, harassing, or deceptive activity.
• No cheating workflows, attempts to bypass test integrity controls, or evasion of bans.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with platform security or availability.
• No unauthorized access to accounts, data, or internal tools.

9. Public Visibility and Sharing

Some content can be visible to others based on visibility settings and product behavior (for example public tests/sets, profile-linked results, and leaderboard placement).

You are responsible for what you choose to publish or share.

10. Suspension and Termination

Prepora may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud risk, or harmful behavior.

Account deactivation currently functions as a status-based deactivation and may be reversible through supported reactivation flows.

11. Intellectual Property

Prepora branding, software, platform design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prepora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
